Returns & Exchanges Overview


At SAIECO Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns for unused or defective products within 15 days from the date of delivery. Our goal is to provide a simple and stress-free return and exchange process.

All approved returns will be refunded through the original method of payment only. Store credit is not provided under any circumstances. To receive a full refund, the returned item must reach us within 15 days from the delivery date.

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact SAIECO Perfume within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email. Kindly include your order number in the email or have it ready when calling.

All returned items must:


  • Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including leather tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any items provided at delivery


Items that have been used, opened, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

Items purchased under sale or promotional offers must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Once the refund has been processed, customers may place a new order for the desired item on www.saiecoperfume.com.


Eligibility for Returns


Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Sale or promotional items must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt
  • Inclusive of all accessories such as leather tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any other items provided at delivery


Store credit is not provided under any circumstances.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment only.


How to Return an Item


If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, the product must be physically returned to the SAIECO Perfume showroom located at WATHAN MALL (MAIZER), Doha, Qatar. Please follow the instructions outlined below:

  • All products must be unused
  • Enclose the original invoice or receipt with the returned item
  • Present the package to the appropriate section at SAIECO Perfume
  • Keep the Order Number in order to monitor the status of your return


Once your item has been returned, please allow 3–5 business days processing time within the showroom for inspection, scanning, and processing of the return.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear on your credit card statement depends on your bank’s processing time.
 

Cancellation


A customer may cancel an order if he or she wishes. However, the cancellation request must be made before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If a payment has already been made, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used to place the order.
