PAYMENT POLICY

At SAIECO, we are committed to providing our customers with a secure, transparent and convenient payment experience. This Payment Policy explains our prices, accepted payment methods, additional charges, payment processing and refunds.

1. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on saiecoperfume.com are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated.

The price shown on each product page is the applicable product price at the time the order is placed. Any applicable delivery or shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

2. Additional Charges

Delivery within Qatar: QAR 20 per order.

International Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SAIECO does not charge hidden fees. Any charges collected by SAIECO will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

SAIECO accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Mada
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within Qatar

The payment methods available for each order will be displayed during checkout.

4. Online Payment Process

To place an order:

  1. Add your products to the shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your contact and delivery information.
  4. Review your products, quantities, delivery details and charges.
  5. Select your preferred payment method.
  6. Complete the payment through the secure checkout process.
  7. Your bank or payment provider may request additional verification, such as a one-time password (OTP).
  8. Once your order is successfully confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number.

Customers should keep their order number for future reference.

5. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through the secure payment services available through our website checkout.

For your security, never send your full card number, CVV, OTP or other confidential banking information to SAIECO through telephone, email, WhatsApp or other messaging services.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Qatar.

Customers choosing COD can pay for their order upon delivery. The total amount payable, including the applicable QAR 20 delivery charge, will be shown when the order is placed.

Customers should ensure that they or an authorised person are available to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If an online payment fails or is declined, you may try again or use another available payment method.

If money appears to have been deducted from your account but you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact SAIECO before attempting to place the same order again.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with SAIECO’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

For orders paid electronically, approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method, where possible.

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), SAIECO will arrange the applicable refund directly with the customer.

The time required for an electronic refund to appear in the customer’s account or card statement may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
